Women’s Monday Happy Hour  4:30pm

Grab a snack, a cocktail and a seat.  Create a mood and let’s chat.

Use PunchPass to register: 
Simply sign up through your punchpass account to join a class. If you don’t have an account just set one up, purchase a pass or a series and join this great yoga community. Classes are $15 each or $10 each if you purchase a series or already have one. Click on the link above to check it out.

You will receive a confirmation and a link to join the class.
For best viewing of the class use a computer/laptop. You don’t need to download the Zoom app. If you are using a phone or tablet, download the Zoom app and enter the Meeting ID number. (you will be guided along the way) You can choose to enter the class with or without video option. Stay in you PJ’s…..

*Helpful Tips: ​
Find a comfortable spot, comfy cool outfit, coffee/tea, cell phone OFF (if you have that feature -LOL) and settle in.
Start the login process a little early so that you are ready to go at class time. When you login you will be in a “waiting room”. When class starts I will invite you into the class – please don’t be late or you will end up parked in the waiting room.
